You will work for our new client, a global provider of innovative e-mobility solutions, supporting car manufacturers, fleet managers, and electric vehicle users that, through advanced platforms and services, enables access to one of the largest charging networks in Europe and contributes to the transition toward sustainable mobility.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via inbound channels (voice and email), with a focus on handling billing, account-related inquiries, and other customer service topics to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide support on billing, invoices, and payment-related inquiries
- Assist customers with account-related topics and general service requests
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams when needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in internal systems
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Follow internal processes and client guidelines to ensure service quality and compliance
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
